Back in the saddle!

Finally, I’m getting back out running again. I’m taking it very slowly so I don’t get injured again. It really sucks getting old(er) but I think we need down time for a reason sometimes. I feel good and appreciate being able to go out and move without pain!!!! I’m taking it in stride and not sigining up for any events (as of today). Just trying to get motivated and feel energized again. I can’t believe how exercise actually gives you energy to make it through the day. I feel sluggish, tired and “bored” when I don’t work out. Off to get lots of chores and errands done! Have a hoppy day!!
