I have this trainer named Susan. She is an awesome personal trainer, but man, I feel like I walk into boot camp when I’m there! I’m not complaining, she is just that type of person that you want to work really hard for. I’ll be going there to get re-motivated for exercise now that I’m injury free. My homework is to do sit ups every night (OK, I’m doing them!) and I’ll be seeing her again on Tuesday. Now, what reasonable races can I pick out and register for next?!
